Your DesignAdvertise workspace is the central hub for your team. This guide covers everything from initial configuration to inviting team members and managing billing.
Workspace settings
Access workspace settings from the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. Here you can update your company name, logo, default timezone, and currency. These settings apply globally to all campaigns and reports.
Team roles & permissions
DesignAdvertise supports four built-in roles, each with a specific set of permissions tailored to common team structures.
- Owner — Full access including billing, workspace deletion, and role management. One per workspace.
- Admin — Can manage connections, create campaigns, invite members, and configure governance rules. Cannot modify billing or delete the workspace.
- Editor — Can create and edit campaigns, generate creative, and view analytics. Cannot manage connections or invite members.
- Viewer — Read-only access to campaigns, creative, and analytics. Ideal for stakeholders who need visibility without editing rights.
Inviting team members
Go to Settings → Team and click 'Invite Member.' Enter their email address and select a role. They'll receive an invitation link valid for 7 days. Pending invitations can be revoked or resent from the same page.
Billing & plans
DesignAdvertise offers three plans: Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. You can view your current plan, update payment methods, and download invoices from Settings → Billing. Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Single sign-on (SSO)
Enterprise plans support SAML-based SSO. Configure your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) in Settings → Security → SSO. Once enabled, all team members authenticate through your IdP, and you can enforce MFA at the organization level.
