The Memory System is GENYS's learning layer. It accumulates knowledge from your campaigns, creative performance, audience behavior, and team decisions to make increasingly informed suggestions over time.
What the system remembers
- Creative performance — Which visual styles, copy approaches, and formats perform best for your brand
- Audience insights — Which segments respond to which messaging and creative
- Seasonal patterns — Performance trends tied to time of year, events, or promotions
- Team preferences — Editing patterns, approval criteria, and decision tendencies
- Platform learnings — Channel-specific insights about what works where
How memory improves output
When you generate new creative or plan a campaign, the Memory System surfaces relevant learnings. For example, if lifestyle images have consistently outperformed product shots for your brand, the system will default to lifestyle-style generation. If a particular headline structure drives 2x CTR, it'll weight toward that structure.
Memory transparency
The system's learned preferences are visible in GENYS → Memory → Insights. Review what the system has learned, see the evidence behind each insight, and manually override or dismiss learnings that don't align with your current strategy.
Resetting memory
If your brand undergoes a significant pivot or rebrand, you can reset specific memory categories without losing everything. Navigate to GENYS → Memory → Manage and select which insights to clear. Full memory resets are also available but require Owner-level approval.
